Description
Mission San Juan Capistrano moved from East Texas to its present location along the east bank of the San Antonio River in 1731. The agricultural venture of the mission supplied the region with produce, sheep and cattle.
This door leads to the mission chapel sanctuary.
The San Antonio Missions (The Alamo & San Antonio Missions National Historical Park) is an inscribed UNESCO World Heritage Site.
