I spotted this "Lone Star" ornamentation on on a fence in Turkey, TX. The smal, Panhandle town is home of Texas music legend Bob Wills--the 'King of Western Swing.' Bob Wills and his band--The Texas Playboys-- played dance halls across the southwest and appeared in several western movies.
