Description
Seattle's Public Market opened its stalls in 1907. The farmers market, among the oldest in the USA, features an eclectic collections of shops, market stalls, and restaurants. Fishmongers and butchers, florists and farmers, offer their finest to residents and curious tourists. The market sits atop a steep hillside on the edge of downtown Seattle, layers of shops follow the slope down toward Elliott Bay and the Puget Sound waterfront.
